Dr. Andras Miklos received his PhD in Political Science from the Central European University, Budapest, in 2006. Before joining the Program in Ethics and Health, he was a fellow at the European University Institute and held visiting fellowships at the University of Oxford and the University of Oslo. Dr. Miklos’s research interests are in political philosophy, ethics, and legal theory. During his fellowship, he will examine the significance of territorial political institutions in the distribution of resources in health care, and the role of such institutions in public health.
