David Gartner

David Gartner
David Gartner is researching the role of norms and civil society mobilization in shaping expanded access to AIDS treatment in the developing world. He recently served as policy director for the Global AIDS Alliance and previously worked on the US Senate, Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee. David is a graduate of Brown University and Yale Law School and did graduate work in political science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a visiting lecturer at Yale University and a frequent commentator on global health issues in the media.
