S. Andrew Schroeder
Andrew Schroeder received his Ph.D. in philosophy from Harvard in 2009. His dissertation argued that concepts like obligation, permission, right, and wrong aren't closely related to concepts like good and bad. During the fellowship, Schroeder will be looking at a number of questions at the intersection of philosophy of science and ethics, concerning the concept of health: what is it, and how can it be measured?
